I highly recommend Manny! I submitted a service quote through his website and he was very quick to respond. I explained what I was looking for and Manny took the time to discuss each level of service, warranties, and length of time to complete the service. He was patient, answered all of my questions, and did not pressure me into any particular service and wanted to make sure I was getting what I desired for my vehicle. Scheduling the service was easy and he communicated next steps. I scheduled an exterior ceramic coating on my 2025 Suburban. This service was a minimum of five days and Manny took the time to call, provide updates, and let me know which step he was on while he had my vehicle. Manny values customer satisfaction. Upon picking up my vehicle he took additional time talking through the process and aftercare. He gave great information on products to use for maintenance and explained the best way to clean the vehicle. My car looked better picking it up from Manny than it did driving off the car lot! Manny had donated an Entry Level package for a fundraiser where the proceeds went to purchase Christmas gifts for local families in need. I purchased the certificate during the fundraiser and set it aside then spaced it off. I recently came across it (16 months later) and realized it had expired 4 month ago. I called Manny and he said he would honor the certificate. I took my wife's 2016 Tacoma, which has spent a ton of miles on overgrown gravel mountain roads, in for the detail. Manny did an amazing job. The truck looks and smells as close to new as possible. The detail work and finish is incredible, and remember this was a donation of his time and materials, which speaks volumes about Manny's pride in his work.

"Where are you located?"

"I need a pre-sale detail."

Happy to help! When it comes to pre-sale details, there's not price reduction due to the fact that you're selling it. I will still be doing the same amount of work as my "entry level" services. This ensures the most presentable vehicle when being sold. It immensely impacts the ease of sale.

With all services I provide clients, I love photography and I always take pictures afterwards. Professional presentation is also crucial when selling. If you'd like, I'm happy to email my photos to you for your advertisement. This will also save you a lot of time.

*If you'd like me to write you a professional sale article for your vehicle, I'd be happy to. That is an additional $100.00 on top of the estimate price you have been sent. If approved, I will re-send an updated estimate.

"Do you offer mobile services?"

Yes. For mobile services I do require a few specifics that are discussed during the estimate process. There are some services that I will require a controlled environment, and if that is the case, then I will require the vehicle to come to me.

"How far will you travel?"

I will travel anywhere that a client needs and or wants to experience a high-end detail service. Depending on travel radius, a travel fee will be added on-top of service costs. This price varies depending on your location.

"I need a full detail, but I'm not seeing anything on your site?"

A "full detail" is sometimes translated as a "package" service. With that being said sometimes expectations of pricing will be a "package deal". I do not provide any discounts or "package deal" pricing.

If you're looking for a "full detail" service, then it would be an (Entry Level Interior) + (Entry Level Exterior) service combination that is done at the same time. A charge for the interior and then a separate charge for the exterior. Combined this is my "Full Detail" service.

"Are you insured?"

Yes! Prestige Detailing is insured in multiple ways:

- Garage Keepers : If you bring the vehicle to me, then you're fully covered if anything were to happen in the event of an accident at my location.
- Vehicle Transportation : If I need to pickup your vehicle and drive it back to my place to accommodate your schedule, that is an option. Once I start driving your vehicle, my insurance is translated to whatever vehicle I'm operating at the time.
- Liability : If I come to your place, and an accident occurs during the detailing process, done by me, then my insurance will cover any damages/costs that may have happened.

If any situations were to arise, then insurance information will be collected at the time of incident and be taken care of immediately, will full documentation.

"Do your Ceramic Coatings come with a warranty?"

Yes! For Ceramic Coatings that are a Level 2, 3, 4 or Signature Service, it comes with full warranty and paperwork. Along with in-person information on how warranty process works.

Level 1 Ceramic Coatings do not come with warranties.

"Do you only do high-end services?"
